All rental applications are taken on a first come first served basis.

A waiting list will not be utilized and not permitted under company policy.

A $50 fee is required to complete an application

We recommend that applicants complete a drive-by viewing to determine if they applicant wishes to complete the form before obligating to the application and the fee.

Application fees are non-refundable.

Once complete the application form will be time stamped and forwarded to the Rental Department for review and consideration.

The Rental Department will review each application and contact all applicants and check all references provided.

It is our goal to complete the review of all applications within 72 hours.
